User Content: Drawings, aquarium designs, fish creations

When you use the Game, we automatically collect:

Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type
Usage Data: Features used, time spent, game progress
Technical Data: IP address, unique device identifiers
Game Data: Fish collection, aquarium configurations, achievements

1.3 Camera Access

On mobile devices, the app may request camera access to scan QR codes (for example, to link your account to another device or sign in on a TV). Camera access is used only in real time to read QR codes; we do not record, store, or transmit any camera footage or images.

1.4 Third-Party Information

We receive information from:

Google: When you sign in with Google (name, email, profile picture)
RevenueCat: Subscription status, purchase history
Stripe: Payment transaction data

We implement security measures to protect your information:

Secure authentication through Google Sign-In

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

While your account is active: All data is retained
After account deletion: We delete your data within 30 days, except:
- Transaction records (required for accounting/legal purposes)
- Anonymized analytics data
Legal requirements: Some data may be retained longer if required by law

Note: Deleting your account will permanently delete your game progress and user-generated content. Purchased subscriptions and virtual currency cannot be transferred or refunded upon account deletion.

6.3 Manage Subscriptions

You can:

Cancel subscriptions through the "Manage Subscription" feature in the Game
Cancel through App Store or Google Play settings (for mobile)
Cancel through Stripe customer portal (for web)

6.4 GDPR Rights (EU Users)

If we learn we've collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately
Parents can contact us to review, delete, or refuse further collection of their child's information
