1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Doodle Dive ("the Game", "our Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

Doodle Dive is an interactive digital aquarium game that allows users to:

• Create and customize virtual aquariums
• Draw and generate fish using AI technology
• Purchase virtual currency and premium features
• Subscribe to premium plans for enhanced features
• Share aquariums with other users

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Game, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental consent. Users under 13 are not permitted to create accounts in compliance with COPPA regulations.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

4.1 Purchases

The Game offers:

• One-time purchases: Virtual currency (shells, pearls), capacity upgrades, and starter packs
• Subscriptions: Monthly ($5.99/month), Yearly ($47.99/year, 33% off), or Lifetime ($99.99) Pro plans

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through RevenueCat and Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms and conditions. We do not store your payment information directly.

4.3 Subscription Terms

• Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month
• Yearly subscriptions automatically renew each year
• Lifetime subscriptions provide permanent access (one-time payment)
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings or the subscription management portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods after cancellation

4.4 Refunds

Refund policies vary by platform:

• Web purchases: Contact support@doodledive.com within 48 hours for refund requests
• Mobile purchases: Subject to App Store and Google Play refund policies
• All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• Virtual currency purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days before price changes take effect for their next renewal.

5. Virtual Currency and Items

Virtual currency (shells, pearls) and items purchased in the Game:

• Have no real-world value
• Cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to other users
• Are tied to your account and cannot be transferred
• May be lost if your account is suspended or terminated

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Service
• Create or share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Collect user data or use automated systems to access the Service
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the Game

7. Intellectual Property

All content in Doodle Dive, including but not limited to:

• Game design, graphics, and artwork
• Code, software, and technology
• Trademarks and logos

is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create (e.g., drawings, aquarium designs), but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Game.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Game uses AI technology to generate fish based on user drawings. By using this feature:

• You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be perfect
• You understand that similar prompts may produce similar results
• You grant us permission to use your input to improve AI services

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
• Fail to pay required fees

Terminated accounts may lose access to purchased content without refund.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to the Service
• That the Service will be error-free
• That all features will always be available

We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

2. Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
